This gig will include an acknowledgement of the life of Alan "Gibbo" Gibson, owner of Gibson's Wine Bar, right across the road from the Elgin. A set of his most popular tunes will be dedicated to him. The music will speak for itself, but we will be thinking of him. Sadly, we must now also acknowledge the passing on Friday 23rd February of Don Smith, our longstanding bass player. Finally, you may have noticed that we have had a new face up front on lead vocals for the past couple of gigs. Shereen Teixeira will be taking on the role of lead vocalist on a regular basis. Welcome Shereen! From time to time we will have other vocalists joining us, including Tony King who joined forces with Shereen for an amazing Australia Day gig.
